Lonnie and I have been going back and forth for awhile about our floors. We have the lowest of the lowest grade of carpet in the house. Even if we had it professionally cleaned it would still look and smell like crap!! So I had to light a fire under Lonnie to come up with an idea that would work for all of us. He did a little research on the Internet and found a few. Here is what we came up with. Hardwood floors made of 4 x 8 1/2 inch plywood cut into 2 x 2 squares. Screwed into the floor and stained the color we like. We still have to polyurethane the entire floor, but here is what they look like now !! I love them, they are unique. Those who know me.....well you know me!
We plan on replacing all of the carpet with these floors, even in the bedrooms!! I will definitely show you pics of everything completed!!
*On, another note, I am soooooo freakin happy that 'dreadlocks" is out of the competition!! He totally got on my nerves. I wish Brooke wouldn't have lost her confidence. There were a few songs I really wanted to hear her sing!
**Another note: I really wish I could wear things like this. I love this, I always do, but then when I try things on like this I look like a total weirdo!! Isn't this cute though?? It is from Anne Taylor Loft . Seri, you totally know what I mean!!! It's in the genes!! But who knows I might try to pull this off!

Absolutely know what you mean!! The little man is 15 months old now, I hope to have my second when he is about three. I already have my "Mommy Makeover" savings account going. After the second and final child I plan on have the girls lifted and placed back up on the shelf that they fell off of about 10 yrs ago. Also planning on a tummy tuck and a butt lift.
Excited for your new floors. Excited Jason is out. Excited that you would even consider that cute outfit - I say go for it!!!! You would look great!
