At times I am ashamed of our country. Especially the government and politics, but that is another post..........

My post today is about ways we as Americans can support our own country. Help it grow.
With all of this nonsense coming from China, I have been checking all of my labels to see where something is made. ESPECIALLY food!! If they are trying to kill our dogs and children, there is no telling what they put in our food. Point being, I now try to only buy food that is Made In The USA from American Products.
For example: Apple juice: You can buy apple juice produced in the USA, but the apples come from all over the globe. I don't get this. Is it really cheaper to import apples from other countries and press here?? I say keep it in the family! Support your own country. Buy apple juice that is made from apples grown right here at HOME.
There are of course a ton of things we obviously can't grow here in the US, like Bananas. There is no sense in buying something from another country if it can be grown and made here.
Find the products that are! Start reading labels and find products that are proud to be made in America. It might take some time, but I think in the long run it will be worth it for our selves, our economy, our country!!
I also recommend buying local! Find grocery stores that carry local farmers for produce, meats, and other grocery items. It supports our community, our few farmers willing to keep up the hard work for a quality product, and most of all our country!!
